Print settings
- Adobe Reader or Preview: Actual Size / 100%. Never Fit.
- Use the matching paper: Letter for 5160, A4 for L7160.
- Print one sheet, measure gaps, scan every code on that sheet.
If the scanner fails
- Code 128 on 5160 is only 1 inch tall. Try QR, or L7160.
- Toner too light, or scaling not 100%.
- Value contains characters Code 128 cannot encode.
